All you need is just 2-3 deep breaths and you’re pretty much good to go. This is the best thing to do for self-care and having a healthy mind.

The food we eat has much potential to either to keep us healthy or contribute to weight gain or diseases. The food affects our mind too as it may keep the mind working and alert. It is interesting to know that the right food can assist in preventing short-term memory loss and inflammation. Some of the best foods for the healthy body and mind are fatty fish, blueberries, nuts, green leafy veggies, and brassicas, like broccoli.

Develop a habit of reading good books as it helps you to disconnect and relax your mind. In this new-generation fast-paced world, we all tend to turn to our phones for comfort or entertainment or scrolling through viral videos and news. These all contribute to our stress and anxiety rather than helping it. So, it is big time that you replace your hold from the phone to a book. You can order good fictional stories books, motivational books, or even better books on self-care. 

Getting Organized

The first and most important step towards your health is to get organized. If you are organized then automatically there will be less stress and fewer panic situations. You just need to make a small change like keeping a planner to help you write down all your responsibilities and appointments. You should create separate areas for all your things like an area to keep keys, books, purses, makeup sets, daily work utilities, backpacks, briefcases, and coats. Everything should be kept properly. It is important that you de-clutter your place, your emails, and the closet to get rid of junk and excess unused things. 

Get in touch with Nature

No matter how busy you are, do take out just ten minutes to sit in the park or balcony or near a window to just observe the nature outside. See the sky, look at the beautiful flowers outside, if feasible then touch the trees and breathe. This is will reenergize you completely. Mother nature can heal anything and everyone, who gets to spend time in nature. Take out 10 minutes to jot down whatever is on your mind. It is important to mentally release those things that are hidden deep in your heart, as you write.

Our body is like a temple and we should give priority to it and all it needs is just a few minutes of the day. Just like the saying goes health is wealth, consider the fact that if you will not take care of yourself then who else will?
