You will need 1 Large carrot, peeled, 2 Oranges, 100 ml fresh orange juice, 1 tsp chia seeds, 6-8 ounces yogurt, 3-4 Dates (pitted), 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 grated tbsp ginger, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients in a blender till it becomes smooth and serve chilled.
